This Privacy Policy explains how PulseChain Stats (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use pulsechainstats.com, related pages, and the PulseChain Stats iOS app (together, the “Service”). The iOS app loads the live website and may show a reduced set of screens. It does not collect extra personal data beyond what the website already uses.

Who we are

PulseChain Stats is an independent, community-built analytics site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the official PulseChain team. Contact: [email protected].

Information we process

• Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-oriented service. It records aggregated page views (for example page URL, referrer, browser, and country) without using cookies or a persistent advertising identifier.
• Technical logs. Our servers and hosting providers (including Cloudflare) may receive IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
• Wallet addresses you enter. If you paste a public blockchain address into Portfolio or similar tools, that address is used to fetch public on-chain data. Addresses may be stored in your browser (localStorage) so your session can reload. We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or passwords, and you should never enter them.
• Local device storage. The site may save preferences and recently viewed addresses in your browser or app WebView. You can clear this with your browser or by deleting the app.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep the message long enough to respond.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account to use the Service.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad networks.
• The iOS app does not request App Tracking Transparency / IDFA.
• We do not take custody of crypto assets or process payments in the iOS app.

Legal bases and purpose

We process this information to provide public blockchain analytics, keep the Service reliable and secure, understand which pages are used (in aggregate), and respond to support requests. Public blockchain data is already public; looking up an address does not make that chain data private.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure needed to run the Service (hosting, CDN, analytics, RPC/indexers, and similar providers) or if required by law. Third-party sites you open from the Service (for example social links) have their own policies.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Browser localStorage stays on your device until you clear it. Emails are kept as needed to handle the request.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can stop using the Service, clear site data in your browser, or delete the iOS app. To ask a privacy question, email [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
