These Terms of Use govern access to PulseChain Stats at pulsechainstats.com and the PulseChain Stats iOS app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
PulseChain Stats provides public blockchain analytics, charts, and related tools for informational and educational purposes. The iOS app is a companion client that loads the live website. Some website features (including buying, bridging, staking, wallet connect, and certain guides) are hidden in the iOS app.
We are an independent community project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the official PulseChain team or any token issuer.
No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Charts, prices, supply figures, rankings, and similar data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money.
No custody, no orders
The Service does not hold funds, execute trades, or process payments for you. Do not enter private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords anywhere in the Service. If you use a wallet or third-party site linked from the website (not available in the iOS app’s reduced edition), you do so under that third party’s terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to break the law. We may rate-limit, block, or disable access to protect the Service.
Intellectual property
The PulseChain Stats name, site design, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Public blockchain data remains public. You may not copy the Service or present it as your own product.
Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that a particular feature will remain available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseChain Stats and its operators are not liable for any loss, including lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service or from reliance on any data shown. If a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent allowed.
iOS App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple’s usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms also apply. In the event of a conflict with those rules for the iOS app, Apple’s rules control for that distribution.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
